Terms Of Service

When you are commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the TOS below. Any statement can be bound to change or not apply when discussed with me, the artist, before the commission.

I. General Terms

Please write references or revisions in a clear and kind manner. Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and the commission can and may be cancelled. If you fail to follow all terms I, as the artist, have the right to cancel a commission.

II. Payment

After discussion on the commission, as the artist I will send an invoice which must be paid in full upfront. I will not start until I have been paid in full unless discussed beforehand.
Accepted Currency is only USD which will be paid through Paypal.

III. Progress

To begin with, once you complete the form I may contact you via the contacts you have provided. Once we discuss further I will let you know if I accept the commission, please remember I reserve the right to reject a commission at any time..
Once I accept I will send an Invoice via Paypal, which must be paid up front.

Once payment is received I will send a rough Outline for the Artwork with watermarks. At this stage you can request to change anything as many times until satisfied.
Then once satisfied I will send another image showcasing the Sketch stage, you can request as many as 3 revisions. If you would like to revise it more then it will cost a small fee of $5 to a maximum of 5 revisions in total.
After the Sketch stage is the Refinement stage which is similar to the sketch stage. Up to 3 revisions are allowed without a fee, however extra revisions will cost $10 for each revision to a maximum of 5 in total.
From this point onward no revisions are allowed.

While I work, it may take up to a month to complete the commission, there will be times where I may have to delay commissions and that may be because of Mental Health, Physical Health, Family, Work and school. If a delay were to occur because of these I will notify you.
If you have a specific deadline for the commission to be completed then you must tell me before I send the invoice.

Once the copyrighted artwork is completed I will email you the finished piece in the highest resolution possible, it is highly appreciated if you would please respond upon receiving your commission.

IV. Customer Satisfaction

I will do whatever I can to make the customer happy and satisfied.
As stated you are allowed up to 3 revisions at no cost, however if the reference and provided detail is vague or unhelpful then an extra fee for changes is REQUIRED. I will communicate with you the best that I can to ensure your desired outcome for the artwork.

V. Copyright And Usage Policy

As the Artist I hold every right to art I produce new and old, not the commissioner. As such, I am allowed to use my copyrighted artwork to:

★ Promote myself in any place or site
★ Publish books, to display it anywhere I like
★ Post wherever I want.

My watermarks, signatures and logo WILL NOT be removed; at least one will remain.

As the commissioner you are allowed to:

★ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use unless discussed otherwise.
★ Use the art to promote yourself with PROPER credit to me as the artist.
★ Print the artwork.
★ Claim the rights to the character(s) but not the artwork itself.

Failure to adhere to these terms will result in retraction of every right you had to the copyrighted artwork.
Copyright infringement includes:

★ Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially
★ Taking credit for the creation of artwork
★ Editing or altering the work without consent of the artist such as removing watermarks, signatures or logos.

VI. How To Properly Credit

You must mention my username and include a link to my Card.co which you can find here
You may additionally include a link to the artwork if I have it posted to social media.

VII. Cancelling And Refunding

I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at anytime
You have no right to demand a refund after the Refinement stage
During the Sketch phase you are allowed a 60% refund.
Any time before I start the commission you are allowed a full refund.
If you have not sent money then you can cancel your commission
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the rights to sell the artwork to new buyers. You may never be allowed to commission me ever again.
